LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- The largest gang-injunction order ever obtained by the L.A. County District Attorney's Office was approved Friday by Superior Court Judge Joanne O'Donnell.


The gang-injunction order encompasses a 16-square-mile area in the San Gabriel Valley.

The injunction prohibits members of two area gangs from congregating in the proscribed zone.

Gang members are also forbidden from possessing weapons, narcotics or graffiti tools in the area, according to the district attorney's office.
