...so LAPD has a cadet program for kids, and the kids stole police cars are were pulling people over.
It ended with 2 high-speed car chases.
Some dumb ass cop was having sex with a 15 year old girl cadet, and they arrested him and used his cuffs.
He better hope they keep him in isolation because even in county jail they'll kill him in about 15 minutes.
