1. From your post: (if you read the post you clearly don't comprehend it)
The senate Bill has MANDATORY ACTIVATION only after the following allowable encounters are exceeded.
No, it doesn't.
How would someone entering the US from a non port of entry, be allowable?
8,500 illegals on any one day, or
5,000 illegals on average for 7-days
You clearly can't comprehend it.

Sec. 3301. Border emergency authority.• Creates Sec. 244B of the Immigration and Nationality Act which grants the Secretary of Homeland Security new emergency authority to respond to extraordinary migration circumstances.
The “border emergency authority” may be exercised if the 7-day average number of cumulative encounters of inadmissible aliens is between 4,000 and 5,000 per day and must be exercised if the 7-day average is above 5,000 per day.
Exercise of the authority 13/19 is also required if the number of encounters on a single day exceeds 8,500.
Unaccompanied minors from non-contiguous countries are not included in the total number of encounters for the purposes of this section.
When use of the emergency authority is authorized, the Secretary has the authority to prohibit the entry into the U.S. of all individuals, except unaccompanied minors, between ports of entry and may only screen individuals for eligibility for withholding of removal or protection under the Convention Against Torture.

3. Bidenflation, not greedflation.
So...........Biden, caused inflation..........In England.
And Australia too?
Australia's inflation rate was at 3.6% yoy in Q1 of 2024, down from 4.1% in the prior period but above market expectations of 3.4%. In the meantime, the cost of education accelerated (5.2% vs 4.7%) while prices of clothing rebounded (0.4% vs -1.1%) and furnishing and household services (0.2% vs -0.%). In the meantime, the RBA's Trimmed Mean CPI increased by 4.0% yoy, the softest rise in two years, but remained outside the central bank's target range of 2-3%. source: Australian Bureau of Statistics
4. We want HR-2 that shuts the border with ZERO illegals entering.
The senate Bill allows 4,999 every day in.
NO, it doesn't.
Trump wants the border shut, that's why he built the wall.
Trump built it to boost his ego and make $$$.
Trump tries to steer border wall deal to North Dakota firm

The Washington Post

May 23, 2019 — Exclusive: Fisher Industries, which claims it can build the
barrier faster and cheaper than Army Corps of Engineers, has started work on ...
President Trump has personally and repeatedly urged the head of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to award a border wall contract to a North Dakota construction firm whose top executive is a GOP donor and frequent guest on Fox News, according to four administration officials.
According to an administration official with knowledge of the Oval Office meeting, Trump immediately brought up Fisher, a company that sued the U.S. government last month after the Army Corps did not accept its bid to install barriers along the southern border, a contract potentially worth billions of dollars.
Jared Kushner, the president’s son-in-law, has joined in the campaign for Fisher Industries, along with Sen. Kevin Cramer (R-N.D.), an ardent promoter of the company and the recipient of thousands of dollars in campaign contributions from Fisher and his family members, according to campaign finance records. Cramer, in an interview Thursday, said the Trump administration has shown a great deal of interest in his constituent’s company.
