la county deputy tosses woman on ground

Why does every white racist think that black folks are suppose to bow down to the police.

Gee, you're gonna get popped real bad some day and too bad I won't be there to see it, tough guy! :lmao:

No one is asking you to "bow down," idiot, just telling you what the law requires.

Cops are just fine just so long as you ain't making their days hard.

No it doesn't, the woman is standing their recording. Which is not against the law. She never attempts to push or strike the officer, just more of your lying ass hatred for black folks.

LOOK IDIOT, the officer gave her a lawful order to stop recording or move away.

She stood there fighting with him instead.

Thems that fight with police lose.

I have not argued that she didnt have a right to record

And thats ignoring the the the fact that her husband was being arrested for stealing and assault

Which prejudices me against them already

But she defied police orders and that was her fault

Well, there isn't enough in the video to really say, but it appears that the two were involved in some sort of robbery at the store and the police responded and were arresting the man as the principle suspect while the woman ran interference and distraction, and the cop likely asked the woman to step back a distance, to desist or something which she wouldn't comply with adding to the situation and things escalated from there. She kept resisting and it ultimate ended with her being thrown to the ground and pepper sprayed and probably arrested too for impeding an officer.

The officer probably shouldn't have thrown her like that but from what I could see and hear, it probably took that to wrest control over her. Then she started that BS of yelling out that she couldn't breath (which you can't do unless you CAN breath). Bottom line, the officer will probably catch some flack and sit out duty a few days with pay during the investigation because this will be spun into a racial issue because so many blacks simply refuse to cooperate with police.

Bottom line, when a cop tells you to do something even if you don't agree, that is a lawful order that you must obey because the officer's job is to keep the peace and all you are going to do is get yourself arrested. The right way to do it is to not impede the officer, but file a complaint against him for xyz reasons after the fact.

But feel free to do that and argue and struggle with a cop and BS him if you don't mind going to jail and facing a lengthy and costly legal battle if you really think it is worth it.

Better still, just don't get involved in trying to shoplift at a retail store.
it doesnt appear that way to me,,

I cant see anything thats says they were involved in anything,, just matched a discription,,
Are you stupid or just playing ignorant?
TV News: The police was called in to investigate onto a "robbery in progress"

Upon arrival at the scene the man (husband) was placed under arrest - apparently he complied with police instructions.
The woman (wife) tried to make a scene - yelling - shouting and filming - thus causing unnecessary tension and attention - against the police and arrest of her husband.
She refused to stop filming and follow the officers instructions - upon the officer trying to take away her mobile she started to become violent - and resisted arrest.

According to a buffoon like you - the woman should have hit the police officers as well?
still not seeing where they shop lifted nor she was fighting cops,, all it says is cops were responding to a shop lifting call,,

unless she was under arrest she can tell the cops to fuck off all she wants and film to her hearts desire,, and when the cop tried to steal her phone she could have shot the cop for armed robbery,,

seems like youre the stupid one,,

Nobody "bows down" to the police. Some of us just think it's more sensible to not be an asshole and try to challenge them. But if you want to be some kind of outlaw or martyr, help yourself.
where did she challenge them?? all she did was record what was happening and ignoring unlawful commands,,

as for the outlaw comment,, she did get a bad cop off the streeets so thats a win,,

it doesnt appear that way to me,,
So what?

Apparently you are too stupid to watch the video in the article where they say the police were responding to a robbery at the store and the officer was arresting the woman's husband. Now why do you think they were arresting him? Then the woman got involved and started fighting with the police and got arrested too.

Notice that another person recorded the arrest farther away and the police had no problem with them. Apparently that is all the cop wanted. Cops are very vulnerable during an arrest and don't like people in their space because they can only keep track of so much around them.

So what?

maybe youre the stupid one,,
the article says they responded to a shop lifting call,, no where does it say they shop lifted,,

and it doesnt matter what the cop wanted,, she wasnt interferring with the arrest or their actions and has a 1st A right to record all she wants,, and still dont see where she was fighting cops,, could you give a time stamp to where she did fight the cops??

maybe youre the stupid one,,
Mayeeumdastoopidone!

That is EXACTLY what matters, idiot!

she wasnt interferring with the arrest
Apparently the police differ with you. They were arresting her husband and she got involved. Had she stood 30 feet away, the cop wouldn't have messed with her, but she had that BIG DUMB BLACK LOUD MOUTH thinking that SHE gets to decide what she CAN and CANNOT do! NEWS FOR YOU, Buttwipe, when the police are there, they are the law. They talk, you LISTEN. GOT THAT?

You don't like it, file a complaint later with a judge.
