The Wall Street Journal took a deep dive into the chaos and dysfunction inside the Department of Homeland Security, where multiple sources complained on and off the record about Noem and her top adviser and purported romantic partner Corey Lewandowski.

"Lewandowski and Noem, who are both married, have publicly denied the reports of the affair, but people said they do little to hide their relationship inside the department," the newspaper reported.

Noem and Lewandowski frequently berate senior staffers, demand polygraph tests for employees they don't trust and routinely fire employees for dubious reasons – such as one incident where Lewandowski fired a U.S. Coast Guard pilot after Noem’s blanket was left behind on a plane, according to sources familiar with that incident.

So cosplay barbie fires a Coast Guard pilot over her blanky, and ICE grand dragon uses autopen to get her "adviser" a gun, so they can commit adultery with eachother on an official government plane, at taxpayer expense?

Does this mean she will get a new "adviser" if excellence isn't delivered?

Rawstory, the political equivalent of the National Enquirer.

If you want real chaos and dysfunction, why don't you take a look at this corrupt asshole, who opened up our borders to an invasion of 12,000,000 to 20,000,000 illegal aliens?

Look. This is what we do know. The Department of Homeland Security is a total clown circus. Firing someone over a blanket? No, Noem is currently residing at the waterfront home, in DC, owned by the Federal government, usually reserved for the Commandant of the Coast Guard. And damn, that same address is practically a second residence for none other than Corey Lewandowski.

And talk about the press. Here is what they don't show you.

That is what the **** they are flying around in. I mean come on, we knew we were in trouble when Noem showed up for the photo op in front of the prisoners wearing that damn watch. Hey, Corey baby, where you want to go tomorrow? Fly down to El Salvador again. No wait, let's do Marti Gras. We can take the "jet". Make sure to pack the caviar and champagne, oh yeah, and the dog we sacrifice at our devil worshiping session on the Ides of March.

The... delivered?

Hey, skews, it's me, teacher from you know where. Remember me? Remember when you used to tell my unlicensed azz not to work electricity cause I'll kill somebody? Ah, good times. So today I may or may not have been working on simple stuff, changing out old outlets, GFCIs and switches. About half weren't up to code. Most the switches weren't grounded even though that little green screw on the switch and the ground wire was in the J-box, right there! Found a GFCI in the garage that so far, apparently goes nowhere. New GDCI tripped. I just disconnected the load wires; wire nutted them and told dude let me know if sumpin don't work. That doesn't violate code, does it? I'll be back there for other work. Outside lamppost, which I first thought said mystery GFCI had to be boss of was straight offa the living room circuit. Lamppost is piezoelectric controlled, dude is selling this house, and here's where I get sketchy, I told dude I doubt that the inspector, who most likely is gonna show up in the daytime is gonna cover the sensor with tape and wait for it to go off. Or go find every GFCI that could possibly be boss of it. Inspector is damn sure not gonna go out to the lamppost, take it all apart and meter that $h!t before the sensor. I guess they should! Right? Still, lamppost is not a bathroom, not the kitchen so not really a life safety issue. Eh? I'm asking. Then check this: Master bath, double J-box GFCI with a double switch controlling the vanity light and ventilator. Only the GFCI and double switch is pig-tailed, split, GFCI is boss of only the GFCI and ventilator and vanity light come right off the pigtail. Also, the double switch was not grounded. Also, offa the pigtail goes to an outlet on the other side of the wall. So, I fixed all that, ran the other side of the wall outlet from before the GFCI, ventilator and double switch now comes from the GFCI. You know what I'm talking about as I have the gift of gab. Master bath safe and up to code. So, if you were me, an unlicensed electrician, I ask you how can someone die if the lamppost is not GFCI'd? I get it, I should go find the feed to the lamppost, likely crawl around in the attic, find the wire, that could take a friggin day and GFCI it. I splained all this to the customer who and has a tacit understanding of electricity. Could be 400$ at my rate just fixing the lamppost. Maybe less, maybe more, if I don't have to cut sheetrock. Then I have to spackle sand, spackle sand, spackle sand. Paint! I can't go to the county and rat him out cause I'm not a dick. Also, as you tell me I have zero bidness doing any of this to begin with. Jail! Still, this house is more saferer than when I began. Fu(kin lamppost. skews, what is your council?

-

And no, man, I don't hold a grudge at you at all. Not about this, that is.

-

The morale of the story: Splaining electrical work takes almost as much time as doing it.

-

Been nice chatting with you, like old times.

And just sos you can't pretend to not remember me...

The Wall Street Journal took a deep dive into the chaos and dysfunction inside the Department of Homeland Security, where multiple sources complained on and off the record

Fu(k the people off the record, who are the people on the record and where can I find them?

about Noem and her top adviser and purported romantic partner Corey Lewandowski.

Wait a little minute, is this just about sex? I can't find it anymore (amazing how $h!t goes away on youface) but wasn't it James Carville that said, "this is just about sex?"

"Lewandowski and Noem, who are both married, have publicly denied the reports of the affair, but people said they do little to hide their relationship inside the department," the newspaper reported.

So, skews, you are starting a thread with gossip? Remember me yet?

Even if it were true isn't this all about sex? Then: Has there been wider gulf in power than between the leader of the free world, the impeached, disbarred, perjuring adulterer and Monica Lewinski?

Noem: "I'm higher on the food chain."
Lewandowski: "I'm higher."
Noem: "We'll flip a coin and the loser goes down."

Noem and Lewandowski frequently berate senior staffers,

On the other side it's been reported that Kamala made all her staff stand to when she entered the office and go "general." See how this goes?

demand polygraph tests for employees they don't trust and routinely fire employees for dubious reasons –

"Is that a pubic hair on my Coke?"

such as one incident where Lewandowski fired a U.S. Coast Guard pilot after Noem’s blanket was left behind on a plane, according to sources familiar with that incident.

What you got there, skews, a link. What's next? Believealiberal.com?

You've more in that post but I've done my damage.

Remember me? This has to be painful for you. Remember when I had a thread at a site long ago and far away that you were afreared of? Like more than a decade ago? Same thing again. Remember when I you were one of my moderators and I stood by you? Remember when I was admin and told the site what the moderators were up to and you got mad at me? We're old, eh? Small world, huh?

It's all good. I remember a bloke from before you at a different site. Billo. 2002 or so. I just searched him, I know he was at this site, but I can't find him right now. That's odd. I'll have to dig in at a later date. It's your turn.
