Kobe's accuser has been outted

The tabloid "Globe" has released a photo of the accuser this week and listed her name in the article.

Just wanted to hear everyone's thoughts on this.

I have no problem with this. The accused is always named and put under scrutiny, even though innocent until proven guilty. Neither side should get preferential treatment until an outcome has been decided. Either both get defense, or neither.
