As far as i know Wales has constraints because it is dependent on Government spending how much they will give Wales, Tommy will know so i wold be interested in his take.

London dishes the money out to England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales. This is based on the Barnett formula. In the link, it shows that NI received the most, then Scotland, then Wales, then England. You will see that England receive less than the average.

Then you need to look into devolved powers. So for example, each of those four countries run their own NHS. So each one chooses how much to spend on healthcare. Another example is parts of taxation, recently in the news Scotland added another tax band to raise money. I don't know the complete list of devolved powers in each country, but what I do know, Tommy definitely doesn't know, his constant rhetoric highlights that.

And except for England, each country flatters themselves on leaving the UK. Looking at the Barnett formula, if they truly wanted to leave, give the vote to the English because Scotland, NI, and Wales will be out of the door in a flash. So when the likes of a Scot says, "Scotland better off with Independence", you can physically hear the stupidness slap off their face.

Apart from a few odd bits and pieces there was not much that is going to improve our lives in this decade.

They are ripping up tory shit like Rwanda but the House of Lords remains and the reboot of public services is not being addressed.

They have had 14 years to work out decent socialist policies but this is not much that they have come up with.

Nothing works now and nothing much will work at the end of this parliament unless they take some radical action.

Now is the time to crush conservatism not copy it.

Currently devolved powers​

The powers currently employed by the Senedd are, in summary:

• Agriculture, forestry and fishing
• Education
• Environment
• Health and social care
• Housing
• Local government
• Highways and transport
• Some control over income tax, stamp duty and landfill tax
• Welsh language

In Wales, if you have an issue with any of the above, it's because the Welsh government are in charge of them. So if you're not happy with your local council, the Senedd are to blame. If you're not happy with the NHS, the Senedd are to blame. If your not happy with sewage in Welsh waterways, the Senedd are to blame.

Wales receives above higher than the average in funding, plus with some extra control over income tax, stamp duty, and landfill tax, you raise more funds in addition to the Barnett formula. But hey, a lot of voting is based on ignorance, hence why fan and shit spring to mind when Labour is about, they attract the dim wits.
