The Insurance companies will have to:
A. cover more people
B. cover sicker people,
C. not charge them more,
D. pay additional fees and taxes,
E. there will be a cap on what people will pay out of pocket (destroying Medical Saving accounts) and
F. they'll have to compete against a government plan that all employers will gladly dump their employees
But adding 47 million people (including 15MM Illegal aliens) to the system is going to make health care less expensive?
How is this supposed to work in real life?
