Excellent analysis of a NPR interview with Kerry and Edwards. The latter is annoying, the former pretty scary. If you don't mind a bit of a long read and links, this is a great piece. If you read the Dick Cavette Transcripts from 1971, it is really astounding how little he has changed. Bottom line, increase the # of troops, pull all our military from around the globe home. To the credit of the interviewer, he asks, 'Why more troops if we're bringing them home?' At which point, Kerry wants us to know there are places we should have gone, but didn't have enough troops to do so. (Yeah, I know it doesn't make sense, but there you have it.)
