Kerry suggested to his Iranian counterpart, Mohammad Javad Zarif, that the WH could simply waive the new Visa restrictions passed by Congress, just as Obama had by-passed Congress to forge the Iranian 'Deal'.
Kerry's remarks came after Top Tehran officials complained the changes to the US Visa program violate the terms of the nuclear deal, which says the U.S. and other world powers will refrain from any policy intended to adversely affect normalization of trade and economic relations with Iran.
Iran, Obama, and Kerry still seem to think that they have the right to ignore Congress and what Congress passes when what they pass interferes with their own personal 'deals'.
