So he doesn't get the official record since so many people paced him? Still remarkable!Few physically fit adults could maintain that pace for even a minute, let alone two hours. It is obviously a combination of genetic predisposition and tremendous conditioning and willpower.
An astounding accomplishment, even with the little tricks they used to pace him.
Not surprised that it would be a Kenyan to beat it. You have to be fast to outrun the cheetahs and other wild animals that are likely to be chasing you through the Kenyan forests.
