They do this in the downtown areas of cities where people are already more tolerant of bullshit (because you have to be to a certain extent, to live in a crowded metro area) and where there is usually a heavy police presence, and where the local city leaders and DAs are already sympathetic to them, or are at least willing to pander to them.

Whenever they go outside of those enclaves, they get knocked out of the road with car fenders, run off the streets by locals, or they just straight get their asses beat down.

So fuck the cities; get out of them, stay out of them, and when you see anyone who looks like these little fucks coming to your area, don't wait and see, just start picking them off from a ways out, and don't be afraid to mow them down with your truck.

Your neighbors will thank you.
