Kashyap Patel says he will sue The Atlantic tomorrow, April 20, 2026, for saying he's a drunkard

Today April 19, Kashyap Pramod Patel said he would drop a lawsuit on the Atlantic tomorrow, because he says they lied about him having a drinking problem.
Below is the link to the Atlantic article and Patel’s words.

If it walks like a duck, talks like a duck, looks like a duck, and waddles like a duck. It's a duck!

Let Patel explain specific incidents where he is accused of being drunk

Put his Secret Service agents under oath
Would it be justice to force the mouths open of those who wrote it and dump a gallon of whiskey into them? As equality and karma revenge.

BREAKING NEWS: No lawsuit filed yet. Still early yet - about 10:30 AM in US for you Russian trolls.

The piece, which cited multiple unnamed current and former officials, also said that Patel's "irregular presence at FBI headquarters and in field offices" has delayed "time-sensitive decisions" that require the FBI director's input.

Drinking on your personal time is no big deal

Thank you for admitting that, instead of being a complete partisan hack, like the other lefty.

If you are frequently drinking to the point of intoxication it shows a problem

ONCE, is not a sign of a problem. And that is where we are at. The lefties are terrified that the mid terms might become about Trump's JOB PREFORMANCE, so they are grabbing onto anything and EVERYTHING, that might distract from that.

By their behavior, it is clear that they are utterly confident that Trump's policies are great for America and they are committed to distracting from them as much as possible.

Especially for the Director of the FBI

It is not a 9-5 job

Barring any domestic terrorist crisies, such as the riots by antifa during Trump's first term, I don't see why it could not be.

Not like the FBI director is manning the phones, waiting for tips from undercover agents.

The report isn’t about him drinking after a hockey game
Țhe report cites multiple sources about his public intoxication and disappearing and being unable to contact.
It also references multiple cases of having to reschedule meetings because Patel did not show up and agents unable to wake him.

Let’s investigate and find if they are credible

The magazine's story, initially titled “Kash Patel's Erratic Behavior Could Cost Him His Job," cited more than two dozen anonymous sources expressing concern at Patel’s “conspicuous inebriation and unexplained absences” that “alarmed officials at the FBI and the Department of Justice.”

The article, which The Atlantic subsequently titled “The FBI Director Is MIA” in its online version, reported that during Patel’s tenure, the FBI had to reschedule early meetings “as a result of his alcohol-fueled nights” and that Patel “is often away or unreachable, delaying time-sensitive decisions needed to advance investigations.”

Maybe you should stop asking retarded questions.

You’re retarded if you think it was necessary for Patel to go to the Olympics.

A serious man, would have just said,

"yes, I have been on work trips, and yes, I admit that I spent some personal time while on them."

That you could not conceed that small point, shows that you are dishonest.

You are trying to win the debate on this issue, even if you have to win by being deceptive.

You couldn't give up the implication that the simple act of spending some personal time, was a problem for Patel and maga.

Now you are trying to blow past how you have embarassed youself on that, to your next attack, ie the work trip was not justified.

Lefties are terrified that the mid terms might be based on the RESULTS of Trump's policies.

So, they are grabbing on to EVERYTHING they can, that might possibly be useful to distract from that.

Such as a man having a drink at a sporting event.

Pathetic.

How about if Patel files a lawsuit?

Then the atlantic's lawyer would have a professional responsiblity to go on a fishing expedition, in hopes of finding shit to justify the shit his client said.

The Atlantic will have to provide details on their source material.
They can also demand records, videos and depositions.

They seem confident of their story

Holy fuk you retards are nuts.

Having a drink or two is one thing, having a blowout, blackout drunk is another.
ON A WORK TRIP.

You are expected to function and show up for meetings in the morning, ON TIME.
That little grifter did neither.

You are jumping into a discussion where the line of argument being made by the leftard is that it is wrong to spend ANY personal time while on a business trip.

If you think it is ok to have a drink on a business trip, then you should be on my side in this debate, adn against the leftard.

Not sure how you missed...oh, I get it. You are doing that leftard thing where you forget that words have actual meanings and you instead just sort of throw them at your enemies, like a monkey throwing poo.

So, yeah, thanks for contributing.

A partisan hack going on fishing trips perfectly describes Kash Patel’s tenure.

So, still just spamming negs. Competely off topic now.

Do you have any realization how this post undermines your crediblity on this whole issue?

You really aren't paying attention to what's going on over at the DoJ or how thoroughly they've debased and disgraced a once proud institution.

You keep dwelling on a drink on a business trip
The story highlights multiple occasions where Patels drinking interfered with his ability to report to work and cases where he could not be reached
