Patel is a "required use" traveler due to his position as FBI director. He is required to use government-owned aircraft for all personal and professional travel. He is required to reimburse the government for reasonable cost of using the plane(s) for personal use.

Unless you can show that Patel has not reimbursed the government for personal use of the plane, you have no leg to stand on to criticize him.
