He threw out the tape of Rittenhouse fantasizing about shooting a black man.
He threw out the evidence he beat up a 14 year old girl
He threw out the pictures of Rittenhouse hanging out with the Proud Boys
He wouldn't let the prosecutors refer to the men who were shot at "Victims", while allowing the defense to call them "rioters' and "looters" .
He told the court they all needed to pay respect to one of Rittenhouse's expert witnesses because he was a veteran.
He screamed at prosecutors at one point.

Joe refused, and refuses to admit to this day, that none of those had anything to do with what Rittenhouse was being tried for. Some things like the Proud Boys incident happened after the trial.

One of the defense’s own witnesses said in the stand that Anthony was at fault. The defense council is so bad that Anthony might win a retrial because of “ineffective assistance of council”. He will just get convicted a second time, but he has the worst lawyer I’ve ever seen. A first year law student knows that you never ask a witness on the stand a question that you don’t already know his answer to.

And a good chunk of it went to blacks, there was even a program in the South to give land seized from pro-Confederate Indians and slave owners to freed slaves that whites weren’t allowed to apply for. For whatever reason, freed slaves stayed in the South instead of immigrating to Canada (which had a policy of welcoming ex-slaves (that where the “Underground Railroad” terminated)), the North or Western states. It took the advent of defense jobs in the North and Western states during WW 2 to initiate mass migration of Southern Blacks.

Well, the prosecution kept violating court orders, was insolent to the judge’s face and put on a horrible case, of course, they didn’t have anything except a horrible case to begin with. With all the video evidence charges should never been brought.

Give it up dude. It was a high school track meet and Anthony plopped himself down under the opposing teams' tent with a knife in his backpack. He was clearly looking for a fight.

The defense’s own witnesses didn’t do Karmelo any favors. They all but corroborated the prosecution’s witnesses. I realize the defense attorneys typically don’t put their clients on the stand, but I think in this case they should have had Karmelo take the stand. IMO, his only chance at turning one of the jurors was to tell the story in his own words. But he’s toast for sure.
