He was initially accused of resisting arrest. It's not clear how much resisting he could have done in the 15 or 20 seconds it took for the entire incident to happen.

How does money spent on poverty justify cops beating an innocent person? Just admit your hatred of blacks is an overriding concern in everything you think.
