The fact that both she and Obama played up their “minority” identity instead of their white identity in order to get advantaged by affirmative action and later, in politics, sure shows what a lie the white privilege stuff is.

Apparently there are no actual good blacks available to the democrats. Those two were the best they could come up with.

Yup. If a black overcomes abject poverty and bigotry, such as Sowell, and says he did it via motivation, discipline, ability, and hard work, they become enraged and call him an “Uncle Tom.”

Same reason there’s so much antisemitism from blacks on the Left (or leftists in general): how dare poor Jews living in slums and amidst horrible antisemitism actually apply good traits and succeed? The chutzpah!

I'll forgive you if you never heard of him, he was a black man who fought adversity from childhood on up just to get educated then to get hired. He fought bigotry, ended up in minor teaching jobs, had his home attacked and firebombed, his family threatened, but finally got hired as a research scientist where he went on to be one of the most important pioneers in chemistry of all time which even today, we owe much of our lives to! Yet you never hear of him. Why? He broke the stereotype of the victimized poor black man. Percy simply refused to be just another po black man living in Harlem collecting welfare.

Wow, so that was the scheduling conflict. Mike didn't want to give up time tanning on the Waikiki beach.
Meanwhile, it isn't like she has any schedule or job to go back to she was giving up.
The real reason Mike didn't want to come back to DC from Hawaii (money was no issue) was obviously because:

1. She wasn't going to fly all that way back just for some pasty old dead white guy.
2. She wasn't about to sit next to Trump (another pasty old white guy, whom she detested and vilified for Harris).
