The SCOTUS gave a pretty horrific ruling. They have given the president presumptive immunity for all communications with anyone that he could possible be speaking about official government business.

"When he uses his official powers in any way, under the majority’s reasoning, he now will be insulated from criminal prosecution. Orders the Navy’s Seal Team 6 to assassinate a political rival? Immune. Organizes a military dissenting coup to hold onto power? Immune. Takes a bribe in exchange for a pardon? Immune. Immune, immune, immune."

Those are not my words. They are not the words of a random appellate court or judge. They are the words of Sotomayor in her dissent. The president is, literally, above the law. That is not a misinterpretation, it is the interpretation of the ******* SCOTUS members themselves.

And you know how the majority addressed this concern with her dissent, as the majority decision includes responses to these instances? They ignored them entirely. Not even a peep on the simple fact that Biden could simply order seal team 6 to kill Trump and it would be entirely legal because they damn well know that is the implication of this ruling.

So no, I really do not see how it is a lie when I point out Trump is flat immune now. Even if you can squeak a conviction of any sort against Trump do you really think it will not be overturned immediately by a court that is willing to literally trash a core value of the nation since it's founding - that the president is not a king and therefore not immune to the law.

Harris is not relevant. We have ONE option here, you need to take congress and impeach every ******* judge that was willing to put their name on that decision and throw them out on their ass.

They should be jailed but congress does not have that power. Not that it seems to matter to the current court...
