It is imperative that Presidential candidates maintain a mask of optimism. Otherwise, the down-ballot candidates will feel betrayed, with good cause.

As of this moment, the election remains a coin-flip. Tomorrow morning, maybe not.

And lest we all forget, the sitting President is the human best positioned to create an "October Surprise." I would put NOTHING past that crew.

Nate Silver is not reliable. Too new to this to be accurate. But Pew Research has consistently been pro Democrat for years and refuses to publish publicly anything accurate. Privately they got something different. But the margins they promote Democrats by are consistent.

538 is not new but Nate Silver is from what I've been told.

We'll see who comes up accurate at the end. Rasmussen came in the top 5. 2.5% Clinton/Biden heavy.
Dunno who will be more accurate this election.
