According to Human Events senior editor Jack Posobiec, the White House had been informed about Biden, Harris, and Walz participating in the ceremony for the third time nine days before the ceremony occurred. Two other requests were reportedly made on July 28 as well as August 9 for them to attend. The first two requests were made for Biden and Harris' attendance.
