Comparable to Philadelphia numbers.... probably a few other cities as well. We are told that mental illnesses are not contagious. However; no explanation I have seen explains the crazy people crammed into those cities.

Not all propagandists are as effective as was Joe Goebbels & his HALF TRUTH propaganda was. If ole Joe massaged this one he would have the percentage spread @ least fairly believable, something like 59% vs. 41%. The statist left operates on sensationalism not realizing most folks operate on common sense.
