Nobody said anyone gave me shit about it. The request I received to take it down was actually very polite. But since I'm not going to oblige, I figured the least I could do is inform those that don't know, about the ability to disable avatars.

No one will mind if we post our own pics in our avatars then, will they?

Go to your User CP

Click Edit Options

At about the middle of the page there is a section called Thread Display Options

Uncheck the box that says Show Avatars.

Go into User CP. On the left, go to Edit Avatar. Browse either your computer or the web, upload the pic. Easy peasy!

Yeah I get to that part but how do I get an Avatar from the internet? I want either wiley coyote or puss in boots but can't seem to post it to my CP.
