Doesnt matter. We need new immirants to be at their best. I mean, I would expect the same from me if I wanted to relocate to another country. What if I wanted to move to Italy? I think it only fair that I would be required to prove myself worthy... and I would bet I would need to know a lot of things and pass through hoops that birth citizens never had to think about. It's only fair though.

Somehow in the U.S. we have gotten away from that and its become that if a new immigrant haas to PROVE themseves worthy, its seen as some sort of injustice.
