it has many different landscapes thats for sure....
LoL.......most California landscapes are dull, flat and brown
I was talking about the people
Most Americans think of California as Hollywood or San Fransisco
If you move off the coast.....California is very conservative
dull flat and brown?....then you have never been around the state....
Think Bakersfield
Yes, I have driven around the state
Love Hollywood?
Drive a few miles east and tell me how beautiful Riverside is
Love San Diego?
Drive a few miles east and look at the terrain
Love San Fransisco?
Drive outside the Bay Area and brag about the terrain
Drive from LA to San Fransisco and don't take the Coast Highway
Dull and Brown
Except in the dry season
Then it is dull and black
let me put it this way....it has more varied scenery than new jersey....
I would equate much of California to the NJ pinelands. Dull and forgettable
NJ does have some remarkable scenery if you bother to look.....Beaches, mountains, rivers
But it also has ugly urban expanse and the pinelands in the south
No question that California has spectacular scenery
Yosemite, Coast Highway, Sequoias, Bay Area, San Diego and many more
But driving in between them for hours is just drab, dull scenery
Actually, New York State is a much better drive no matter where you go
