It's about killer rats run amok! It features Joseph Campanella and Meredith Baxter. And the theme song by Michael Jackson. It's a fun, nostalgic look at horror movies of the 70's. Check this one out if you haven't seen it.

In the scene where the rats attack, the rats ran away and refused to crawl over the actor. They had to cover the guy with peanut butter. What you see are rats licking off the peanut butter..
