OPEC have a general rule to reduce oil to keep it at around 80m barrels a day. So if US Oil Companies produce 15 million a day, OPEC will just drop 2 million from there output..
Oil is pretty much shippable anywhere in the world for 1c a gallon or less.. So it is a golabl price everyone pays...

Now knowing this, please explain how Trump is going to make it cheaper.

• Biden increased oil production at a faster and higher rate than Trump could on his first term...
• Canada at present has a trade surplus on US which Trump has said he doesn't like. Canada could just ship its crude oil to Europe or China refineries instead. That would further decrease US oil production.

Trump doesn't like the trade deficit US has with Canada.

So we take Canadian Crude Oil and ship to China or India. China/India has refineries and they can refine and use the oil. This means they need far less Russian Oil thus effecting their revenue to fight the war.
