Speeches like this need to be taught to our kids. It explains who we are as a nation and what our nation really is and not what is portrayed by the mass media and our enemies.

In retrospect Kennedy seems like a conservative, "ask not what your Country can do for you" but he was a garden variety democrat.

He was afflicted with something called Addison's disease which reinforces allegations of prescription drug abuse. There is no doubt that he had a relationship with MM which he may have shared with his peculiar brother. Imagine Jackie's embarrassment when the ditsy actress sang the sexy version of happy birthday Mr president. The media loved it though.

Indeed.He was the greatest president of the 20th century.Even greater than the great Calvin Coolidge who gave us a boosting economy which is why the 20's were called the roaring 20's.
