By the time a judge is appointed to the SC (unless Obama is doing the appointing), there's usually a lengthy paper trail of decisions that can be examined for bias. If the appointee has demonstrated none for more than a decade, why do you think he suddenly will start?

They can be impeached, and broadcasting a vote before arguments are even heard should be an impeachable offense. Do you think Ginsberg was correct to do what she did?
