Sure it will. That is how it has worked since 2016; everything the Left have done to stop Trump has blown up in their face and actually aided him. Democrats can't win on the issues, all they have left is picking radical partisan judges to issue insane rulings. This will force the entire matter to the Supreme Court who will finally settle the matter once and for all the limitations of district courts making it forever moot leaving the left forever without this ever again as a defense!

The Judiciary on the Federal Level is all bluff. They have no enforcement, no Cops, no Marshalls, no -- Nothing.

The only force they can bring to bear is controlled by the Executive Branch. All Law Enforcement is controlled by the Executive. As is the Big Boomers, the US Military.

The Executive goes along with Court rulings out of courtesy. That's it. If SCOTUS or a US District Court ordered the Arrest of a High Ranking member of the Executive Branch, they could tell the Judge to go fuck his dead aunt and what could he do about it? Try -- Nothing; unless POTUS wanted something done. If POTUS refused to allow LEO's to arrest said individual, SCOTUS could do nothing about it. Nothing. Huff and Puff, maybe. But that's it.
