They presented a 10 round capacity. But before the decision could come down, it was changed to 15 rounds. Heller V stated "Reasonable" and the courts (more than one) has determined while the 10 shot mags are not reasonable, 15 rounds is reasonable. There is no win here by either side. All California has to do is to present the same law but change it to 15 round mags.

Difference now is Bruen, which negates the application of any means-end test to the right to keep and bear arms.
