Judge Strikes Down Calif. Ban on High Capacity Magazines

The second amendment says nothing about magazines. Magazines didn't exist when the second amendment was written. This is legislating from the bench. Quit being a drama queen.
It also doesn’t say what caliber is acceptable. Nothing about sights or grips or any of that. It just says arms. All arms. Can not be infringed.

How many people are attacked by a large group of people. Few if any. Another drama queen.
Your'e wrong. Just in the summer of 2020 alone, tens of thousands of people were attacked and injured by large groups of people/rioters in the US. At least 25 were killed. In the LA riots, 55 people were killed.

And since you're so content, these guys are looking for a house to firebomb. Interested ?

Oh man, this is too much:

"California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) launched a savage attack on a federal judge on social media Friday evening, calling U.S. Judge Roger T. Benitez “an extremist, right-wing zealot with no regard to [sic] human life.”

Really? The King of baby-killers says that the judge has no regard for human life, just because he is protecting our rights? Behold the hate and stupidity of the modern democrat.

So Newsom attacked democracy, no surprise there. Dems only support democracy when it agrees with their world view.

California's 'Scorched Earth' War on Gun Rights Presses On Despite Court Smackdown
Ahh, the hate and fear routine.

There is no scorched earth against gun rights in California. They are following closely the Heller V decision. In 2013, Colorado nearly lost their own legislation to the District Court. They presented a 10 round capacity. But before the decision could come down, it was changed to 15 rounds. Heller V stated "Reasonable" and the courts (more than one) has determined while the 10 shot mags are not reasonable, 15 rounds is reasonable. There is no win here by either side. All California has to do is to present the same law but change it to 15 round mags.

The First Amendment says nothing about television, radio, and the Internet. Those things didn't exist when the First Amendment was written. Quit being a drama queen.

All limits on magazines are unreasonable...and stupid...and pointless....

You do not get to tell a law abiding citizen how many chances they are allowed to save themselves or their families from violent criminals idiots like you keep releasing back into the public.

"The Court has held that “the Second Amendment extends, prima facie, to all instruments that constitute bearable arms, even those that were not in existence at the time of the founding,”
Magazines are required for the function of a huge number of "bearable arms" and therefore enjoy the protection of the 2nd.

Difference now is Bruen, which negates the application of any means-end test to the right to keep and bear arms.

"...we hold that when the Second Amendment’s plain text covers an individual’s conduct, the Constitution presumptively protects that conduct. To justify its regulation, the government may not simply posit that the regulation promotes an important interest. Rather, the government must demonstrate that the regulation is consistent with this Nation’s historical tradition of firearm regulation. Only if a firearm regulation is consistent with this Nation’s historical tradition may a court conclude that the individual’s conduct falls outside the Second Amendment’s 'unqualified command.'"

That is, "reasonable" is out the window,

They also don't consider that limiting the defensive capabilities of law-abiding people, is enhancing/strengthing [sic] the criminal abilities of the very bad guys (whom they claim to be in opposition to)

They know.

They are openly, willfully, unabashedly on the side of subhuman criminal shit, and against the side of human beings. That has long been true of Democraps, but lately, they don't even try as they used to to hide it.

That is how distorted & deranged they have become. They really need to be a separate country from the normal folks.

It's you that wants to establish your own country. I suggest we wall off either Kansas or Alabama and allow you to move there away from the rest of us. Then, if you try and cross back, we treat you exactly as you want the illegals at the Mexican Borders treat which you learned from the German SS and the USSR Border Patrol in Berlin.
