It found that Black kids adopted by white parents did better in school, had higher test scores by 6 points, were more likely to go on to college, be professional athletes and achieve greater success than white kids raised by their natural white parents.

Everett Dirksen got it through Congress, not dimocrap scum.
We'll never know how well Blacks could be doing today because dimocrap scum have held them back the whole way. Even LBJ managed to get the Black MAN kicked out of his own home using welfare criteria.
So, while you are correct in that Blacks aren't as successful as they could be, you need to know why.
Deprived of decent opportunites, held down by dimocrap scum, many blacks reverted to theri base instincts and.... It isn't pretty. White people do it, too. Deprived of the ability to grow, kept out of your home, persecuted, maligned, Whites will revert to their lower, base instincts as well. And that's even less pretty.
The party of Anti-Semitism is, without a doubt, the dimocrap scum party. But yet, 80% of Jews voted dimocrap scum in 2024. One of the better educated, more sophisticated groups in our country and they are still subject to the indoctrination, the misinformation, of the dimocrap scum cabal -- the DISGUSTING FILTH, Academia, Hollywood, Unions, et al.
How can anybody expect a less-sophisticated group of people to react any better?
