They said (look at the highlights) that the president could abuse his pardon power, and have absolute immunity.The Court didn't say a President has absolute immunity, where in the Constitution is abusing your office an enumerated power? hahah
seriously, why are you all so stupid?
Trump could pardon every white person in federal prison. And then point out that black's and latino's make up 99% of the federal prison population.
And that wouldn't be a crime.
