Judge-Grants-Temporary-Restraining-Order-Blocking-Texas-Heartbeat-Bill-From-Going-Into-Effect

I've probably forgotten more about the law than you've ever learned.
hahaha.... sure dummy.

BTW, the appeal will be to the same Court that turned down the initial appeal of this law. Which, I believe, was the 5th Circuit.
But this is a different appeal with different arguments. And, in reality, they refused to hear the appeal.

The Supreme said nope. Missed that didn't you... nincompoop.

States rights

No they did not.

In an unsigned opinion, the majority wrote that while the clinics had raised "serious questions regarding the constitutionality of the Texas law," they had not met a burden that would allow the court to block it at this time due to "complex" and "novel" procedural questions.

Supreme Court denies request to stop Texas 6-week abortion ban, with John Roberts and liberals dissenting

Now grow up, read a little and quit making yourself look ignorant. They are going to get this case.
