A San Francisco-based federal judge dismissed California's lawsuit challenging President Donald Trump's tariffs Monday, citing a jurisdiction issue.

Judge Jacqueline Scott Corley – a nominee of former President Joe Biden – issued a partial setback to California Gov. Gavin Newsom and Attorney General Rob Bonta, who sued Trump and several federal agencies in April.

Imagine that, a Biden judge, out of San Francisco no less, rejects the legality of a Newsom lawsuit.

Even the dems don't want Newsome to be able to claim a victory. He would be more of a drag in the primaries than FKH.....If he won the dems would be dead in the water....Again.

A Federal judge is stupid if they work against the federal government that employs them. Some of them are stupid.
