As I suspected, what has transpired is that the victims of Epstein went to court to prosecute their abusers and settled out of court with them, provided the court records would be sealed.

Shrug. The victims favored monetary compensation over justice, allowing their abusers to continue to abuse other children.

These are the same judges that have tried to stop Trump at every turn from doing his job.

I don't know if the courts will allow any "list" to be released if there are confidentiality agreements in effect and the victims want to remain unknown. Would the "list" be victims or perps? Either way there may be reasons to keep it sealed. This is why I'm saying the courts need to make the call.
