By your logic we don't need courts or a legal system. One of G-ds commandments is a system of justice and court system, not what you propose. We either have a civilized society in which we deal with the uncomfortable crimes in a nation or we do not.

I'm a libertarian. An imperfect one perhaps but I believe a fair and just system should judge them NOT vigilante or politicized courts. We saw what the police and justice system in NY did to Trump and others, that's an offense to G-d.
