Every time I read about a person named "bin" something, like Sultan bin Sulayam, I remember this episode:

Not in this clip, but at one point one of the Arab dudes get mad and hold a knife to Moe's throat. Moe says "this would degrade you.

The Arab says, "It's true. I am Hason (HAHsahn) bin Sobar!"

Shemp says, "I had a few to many myself."

Well over fifty years and it still makes me laugh.

It occurs when someone answers "What?" I then say: "He invented the Steam Engine." They often then say "Who?" to which I respond. "No; What?"..They then start asking diverse question like "What are you talking about" and I respond "Yes" or "James".

(Recall: James Watt invented the Steam Engine)

The Watt steam engine was an invention of James Watt that was the driving force of the Industrial Revolution.[1] According to the Encyclopædia Britannica, it was "the first truly efficient steam engine", with the history of hydraulic engineering extending through ancient water mills, to modern nuclear reactors.[2]

I still have a lot of fun with my kid and grandkids with this one.
30 cows in a field, 28 chickens. How many didn't.

Sounds like the classic, "Who's on first" routine.

I'm guessing 10 cows didn't eat chickens, but cows are herbivores so this "joke" doesn't make sense in a way.
Hopefully your kid and grandkids said "Cows don't eat chickens !".

Q. 30 cows in a field, 28 chickens. How many didn't.

Ans: What??

Reposte: He invented the steam engine.

“There are 30 cows and 28 chickens in a field. How many didn't?” The answer is 10! It's a play on words, as “28” actually means “twenty ate,” so of the 30 cows, 20 ate chickens, which means that 10 cows didn't eat chickens.

OK; I laughed.
