The facts you posted indicate that Biden will not run for re-election but that doesn't mean he will resign before the end of the year or when his term is up, at least for political reasons. It could happen, and it may be that he will resign for health reasons, citing mental and physical decline that is obviously true, or he might decline to run for re-election for the same reasons. But if he resigns before the year is up then doesn't that make the DNC look bad for nominating a person that couldn't do the job for 4 years? AND - clearly Kamala is not presidential material either, and if he assumes the presidency and continues the same incompetence, then it looks bad for the democrats cuz it proves they don't have a leader that can lead for 4 years.
