Degree in History from the University of Massachusetts...MBA from Boston University. College was a benefit to me...most likely because while I went to them they still taught critical thinking and tolerated free speech. You can have any viewpoint you want to have, Noone but when your response to a differing one is to simply accuse the other person of being "less intelligent" than you are...don't expect to be treated with respect. This isn't a "safe zone"! If you post stupid things you're going to be called out on it.

In addition to the studies I already listed not germane to my degrees I also have taken several in music appreciation and music history. Again, just for knowledge not for credits.

You didn't discuss politics in Economics? It came up quite often in Macro, Noone. As a matter of fact it's almost impossible to teach the subject without discussing the politics of fiscal policy.

Very very cool.
Boston is a place I love. Only NYC I prefer. I had a cousin that attended Boston University and lived in Cambridge. BU recruited my daughter but she did not like the school. I had another cousin that went to Harvard and I'd visit both. I was often in Boston. The Old Garden, Faneuil Hall redone by Rouse, the small theaters. I recall seeing One Flew Over the CuCkoo's Nest in one of those little theaters before it became a movie.
I saw so may concerts in that city I could never recall them all.

No. Honest. It was all theory. It was never suggested through the eyes of Dem policy of Republican policy. Just different theories and the practical tools of course like selling short.
I mostly forgot it all after graduation. Maybe I just never made the associations as I was not really all that interested.
I do recall one professor who thought his first amendment rights were being stripped by the Dems because he could no longer smoke in class. Then another professor did a lot of drugs and often spoke to it, tongue and cheek, so I guess you could consider that liberal.
Another professor did shots with us and went slay ridding. Liberal? The professor banging his pupil for an A I am guess was a republican?
