Several reasons; it doesn't do a thing for getting rid of the source of the attacks, and is just a diversion, providing more targets of opportunity in the process, and then there are the Turks themselves, who will just use it as a cover for attacking others, and they will still run their illegal smuggling operations that are feeding funds to ISIS in the first place. She apparently has the weird idea that Turkey is an ally or something, which it isn't. IT would take far less effort, risk, time, resources, and casualties to go after ISIS forces, and just like Obama, she lacks the will to do so, so sealing Turkey's border is pointless and an automatic fail as a tactic. We have the means to take out ISIS, and in far less time than Saddam was taken out, but we have a Muslim sympathizer in the White House who isn't interested in fighting ISIS, one of his and Hillary's creations, and who enjoys the beheadings and terror, and can't wait to import a few million of them here, and Stein probably wants to continue Obama's plan, cuz 'raycism'.
