Actually, I've spent little time on it. Much more so trying to point out to you that whether Condi is a war criminal or not is a matter of opinion. With the stipulation being she is not a convicted war criminal.
Your opinion doesn't change the fact that Rice was part of a small group of Bush admin officials who authorized the CIA to use torture.

Her opinion has more value than Vance's. She is an actual lawmaker. Vance is not.
