interesting this dope ran from cops when all t hey wanted to do was give him some tickets. he sped away driving over 50 miles on hour and and shot at them while doing so. Then gets out and runs from them and the cops shoot at him when he wont stop. All this over a couple tickets. all he had to do was comply with cops. another justified shooting.
