The mob rioting in an attempt to violate The Constitution of the United States,

The Left and Democrats have been violating the constitution wiping their muddy feet all over it every day for many years. Those blessed people were trying to SAVE it.

First of all whatever "retrospect" is alleged, it's an opinion piece by a left wing writer, Amy Sherman. The Jan 6 demonstration was a legal and approved constitutional right of the people to assemble. Whatever happened later had nothing to do with the former president.
