A couple good yard sale finds this morning

There was a YS down the street from me and I stopped on the way down to my range.

A 2-3/4 X Kollmorgen (Pre-Redfield) Bear Cub rife scope. Likely from the mid-50s. They are excellent scopes and this one has a crosshair/post reticle......$3.00

A Cold Steel "push knife"......$2.00

I'll put the Kollmorgen on a lever action, the knife is sort of useless to me so I'll just ebay it by and by.

My oldest daughter would call that an Arya Stark knife.

I mounted the Kollmorgen on a Marlin .30-30. Come to find out i had a base and a Marlin hammer extention in a bag in my Box-O-Bases.

LOL....I look at the low-powered scopes a "irons for old eyes".
