We need to subpoena the security camera footage...the documents...the cell phone vid's...all of it. Get testimony under oath. Peel each layer of the onion (as it were).

Eventually it will lead to PROOF IN COURT of a stolen 2020 election and treason of the highest order!

How's that supposed to make a difference? Either they were wrongfully incarcerated or not. A jury will render a verdict just like in a criminal case on the evidence presented at trial. It makes no difference if it's a civil or criminal trial.

But the Trump administration has a lot of latitude to “settle” the lawsuit and hand them a giant check of our money with basically no recourse for the rest of us.
