January 6 Political Prisoners Launch $50 Billion Lawsuit Against DOJ

You were shown a carefully-curated selection of videos designed to make gullible people react exactly like you have.

You've been exploited. Used. And you're too dumb to see it.
It's the other way around. YOU were bamboozled by carefully selected images.

They should not be going after the DOJ, but the DNC for orchestrating and ordering the DOJ to do illegal work. Bankrupt all the Democrats who knew and the problems of the US are gone.

This is the first step to that!

They will get testimony under oath...subpoenaed documents that are now being "hidden"...and conflicting FBI testimony. Also (I'm guessing) thousands of hours of cell phone video that has been hidden from the democrats for 4 years by average joes who were there.

Bondi ain't even AG yet and the first step has already been taken...there's no stopping this now!

The family of Ashli Babbitt who was executed by a Capital cop should have a good case.

I'm sure that will be a separate case all on its own.

They'll need extra testimony and documents for that one!

They need to get the cop (shooter) but all who covered up for him as well! That will be FBI and DOJ officials...and probably congressmen as well.

No liberal judge will be able to tell them "they don't have standing".

They are the ONLY ones who have standing!

This is only the first step folks...but it's a NECESSARY first step!

Me so happy! :D
Yep! Should have been done 3 years ago. Why did they wait? Trump is coming into office and will pardon them. So, why did they wait? Why now?
Garland and the rest will be gone in a month. The new DOJ is going to have to pay up? See what I'm asking? Why now?

Because the DOJ is corrupt right now. They couldn't win under this DOJ. They would arrest or kill any lawyer working on the case. Confiscate video and documents at gun point. (remember mara lago?).

Nothing will be presented in court in less than a month...THEN the trial can be fair and honest (or close to it).

You realize the DOJ will have to defend the previous AG's actions. And if they win, it comes out of Trumps budget.

The term "J6 political prisoners" refers to individuals who were arrested and charged in connection with the January 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol.

Supporters of these individuals often argue that they are being unfairly treated and labeled as political prisoners due to their involvement in the events that day, particularly those who believe they were protesting against what they perceive as a stolen election.

The individuals can be broadly categorized into several groups based on their actions and charges:

1. Capitol Breachers: These are individuals who physically entered the Capitol building, often facing serious charges such as trespassing, destruction of property, or assaulting law enforcement officers.

2. Rally Participants: Some individuals attended protests outside the Capitol but were not involved in the breach. They may face charges related to unlawful assembly or other non-violent offenses.

3. Organizers and Extremists: This group includes individuals who played a role in planning the events leading up to January 6, including members of extremist groups. They may face more serious federal charges.

4. Supporters and Fundraisers: Some individuals raised funds or provided support for those involved in the events, facing charges related to conspiracy or other ancillary offenses.

The total number of individuals arrested for their involvement has surpassed 1,000, and the situation continues to evolve as cases progress through the legal system.

This case is going to be very entertaining! :)

And THAT is what you're concerned about???

WTF1.webp

It hath beginned :D

:mm: :mm: :mm: :mm:

But I think the lawsuit ought to be filed against the SPECIFIC DOJ people behind their imprisonment and not just the DOJ in general.

Maybe Joe intends to pardon them all on his last day. :smoke:

It's a scam. The footage/pictures from that day make the case ridiculous.
Depends. First, how many were there for over a year before their hearing? That flys in the face of a speedy trial also, how many were detianed for merely walking around inside the Capitol but didn't actually damage anything or fight anyone?

Those who were violent should be punished. Those who were just sucked into the moment but were peaceful, why should they have gone to prison?
