Jan 6th Trial Delayed Till After The Election

Looks like Jack Smith is failing at every turn.

First his case in Florida was thrown out and now his silly attempt to blame Jan 6th on Trump.

Interesting that trump doesn't bother trying to say he didn't do what he was charged with. Instead, he claims the laws he broke shouldn't be laws in the first place. Also, his legal team isn't concerned with showing him to be not guilty but is putting all their efforts in delay and technicalities. Whether he actually committed the crimes is avoided at all costs.

Nobody ever thought the trial would take place before Nov. 6.

What's causing consternation on the Trump team is that the judge is allowing a legal brief about the details of Trump's crimes to be filed on Sep. 26. And everyone will get to see that. So, a bad day for the Trump team.
