The Judiciary is now the next front in the Globalist war on America. In only 8 weeks, DOGE has already found massive potential fraud, which now needs to be further investigated and prosecuted, and President Trump has taken Globalists foot soldiers off of the board.
In response, Federal district Judges have taken it upon themselves to manage the day to day activity of the Executive Branch. This is a completely Unconstitutional usurpation of power by the Judicial Branch.
Trump, in fact any President, even, G-d forbid, the next democrat President, would now face potential similar constrains on their ability to govern.
Unlike his predecessor who ignores the Courts, Trump is a law abiding President and respects the Judiciary, accordingly what can be done?
Do we need Congress to take another look at the Judiciary Act of 1802 Judiciary Act of 1802 | U.S. Capitol - Visitor Center
When it concerns the Executive Branch, should District Judges send their recommendations to SCOTUS and only SCOTUS can determine if the action should take place? Should Congress be given a say as well?
