Yes, we have to start thinking in terms of someone taking up Trump's work. It will need to be someone with a very strong personality.

I'm thinking some combination of Bondi and Patel. I'd say Bondi in the VP slot, but only because I think she'd be willing to take the second position, more likely than Patel.

Fly in that ointment would be Trump kicking the bucket and Vance ascending. He'd assume that he should only go through a token primary, but I think we'd have plenty of contenders in that case.
