I can't speak for anyone else, but I like her because of her foreign policy. She's not a warmonger, she knows that these perpetual wars are wrong and incredibly costly in numerous ways and (although I don't know if she has said this directly) based on lies. That, and also because it's rare to see politicians who are principled, and she seems like a decent, honest human being which is also very rare in Washington. Those are the same reasons I supported Ron Paul. (Who the globalist/corporatist media also ignored and minimized, even though like Tulsi he had a growing following.)
ETA: I wouldn't vote for her though, because I disagree with too many of her other positions. But like ColonelAngus said, she's the most sane one of the Dem bunch, and the only one of them who I could stomach being president.
